Crafty

So while blog stocking(yes we all do it.) I came across a blog of a woman named Rae and she makes so many different things that are so amazing. I truly am in aww at how talented this woman really is. Well I liked the buttercup bag that she made the pattern for So I thought i would make it (I'll post pictures later) well it turns out that I like bags that are alot bigger than this one but it is darling, I think I will just enlarge the pattern and start over. It is a way easy bag to sew I'm sure any one could do it. But you need to take a look at all the other things she does. her blog is madebyrae.blogspot.com

Babies

Quintin loves his new little cousin Kenley. Every time he sees her he is trying to touch her and love her. He loves to give her kisses, he also thinks its fun to play with her hair. But really he just loves to have anything to do with her.

Growing Up

Quintin is getting so big I can't believe it. Each day he seems to be saying something new or doing something only a big kid should do. he loves to go outside and if you don't take him out he will cry or should I say scream until you do. I now let him go out in the back yard by himself sense it is fully fenced. He can't get enough of it, yesterday he was outside for about 3 hours maybe more. he is also liking to watch the noggin channel on TV it has some cute shows that seem to be educational so i will let him sit and watch it as long as he wants to which seems to only be for about 15 minutes at the most.

Quintin and Kamryn

Quintin and Kamryn just love each other, sometimes Kamryn is better at showing her affection but what girl isn't. I just love to watch these to together. Kamryn is so full of excitement all the time, it makes me laugh every time I see her shake because she is so excited. Quintin on the other hand will just sit there and let her do all the hugging. They both love they grandpa more than you can imagine. He usually ends up trying to hold both of them at the same time.

Girls Night.

Janie Rodgers, Mary Cleverly and I all went out for a girls night to due some "shopping" and eat dinner. We had so much fun browsing and trying things on, we ate at counters at the gate way. If you like burgers and fries this is the place to go it was so good. The burgers were big enough that all three of us shared one, I would go there again for sure. I know this picture isn't of the best quality but we stopped some girl to take it and she wasn't to happy about it. She asked if it was for a blog and said she didn't take pictures for blogs, so all of use knowing that sure enough we were going to be putting it on our blogs we just didn't reply and said thank you and went along our way. Thanks for much girls for this fun night out. I had such a fun time and can hardly wait for the next one.

The Big Five O!!

So my mom turned 50 this month and was pretty sad about it she moped around the house all day and just couldn't get over it. For dinner we took her to the Texas Road House which is always fun because for your birthday you have the pleasure of sitting on the saddle while they announce to the entire restaurant that it's your Birthday. I must say that my mom looked pretty dang cute up there. I know that she is going to kill me for posting these pictures but I just can't help it.
